> Limited Partnership (“L.P.”) Investors in Real Estate Private Equity Funds or Projects. PNT provides investors in existing real estate private equity funds and private real estate projects (e.g. institutions, family offices and high-net-worth individuals) with the opportunity to liquidate their investments prior to maturity (commonly referred to as real estate “secondary” investing).

> Commercial Banks with Real Estate Loan Portfolios. PNT works with local community and regional banks that seek liquidity by acquiring certain real-estate-owned (“REO”) assets or real estate loans (performing and non-performing) within their portfolios.
